At Holistic Hair by Kellyn, I believe in clear communication, mutual respect, and creating an intentional space where you can relax and feel cared for. These policies are here to protect both of our time and energy and to support a smooth, respectful experience.

Booking & Credit Card Policy
To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking—it’s only used in the event of a late cancellation or a missed appointment. Your information is stored securely and treated with care.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or less are subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
Missed appointments with no communication are considered no-shows and are subject to be charged the full price of the service.
You are welcome to reschedule online or reach out to me directly before the 24-hour mark. I always do my best to accommodate changes with notice.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in any amount and can be used for services or retail purchases. They are non-refundable but may be transferred or used at your discretion.
No Children Policy
To maintain a calm and safe space, I kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. With hot tools and chemicals in use, it’s important to prioritize safety and create a focused environment for all guests.
Visitor Policy
My studio is a quiet, one-on-one space, and there is no additional seating inside. If someone comes with you, they are welcome to wait in the shared building seating areas or outside. This helps keep the experience calm and comfortable for everyone.
Service Adjustments & Expectations
I put care, experience, and intention into every appointment, and while I don’t offer refunds, I do value open communication.
If something feels off, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can talk through next steps. I will honor a complimentary adjustment if the result does not align with what we discussed during your consultation.
However, if we’re still not seeing eye to eye after that adjustment, it’s a sign that I may not be the right stylist for you—and that’s okay. At that point, we’ll kindly part ways with mutual respect.
If the result reflects our original plan but you’ve had a change of heart, a new appointment will be required and charged as a separate service.
Stylist Discretion
If at any point I feel that I’m not the right fit for your needs or expectations, I’ll share that openly and respectfully. My goal is always to support your hair journey in a way that feels aligned and honest.
